Return & Replacement Policy

At Everest Magnetics Pvt. Ltd., we take care to ensure that every product is properly checked and packed before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may request a return or replacement.

Eligibility for Return

A return or replacement may be requested in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged or defective.

• The product received is different from the product ordered.

• An incorrect size, model, or specification was supplied by us.

Products cannot be returned simply due to a change of mind or if the customer no longer requires the product.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or replacement, please contact us through WhatsApp or Email and share your order details along with clear photographs or videos of the product received.

Our team will review your request and confirm whether the product is eligible for return or replacement.

Return Approval

Please do not send any product back without prior confirmation from our team. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Returned products should be in their original condition and, wherever possible, with their original packaging.

Replacement / Refund

After the returned product is received and inspected, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

For approved refunds, the amount will be processed after inspection of the returned product.

Important Note

Products that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or incorrectly handled by the customer may not be eligible for return or replacement.
