Grid Type Magnets are ideal for extracting ferrous impurities from dry, free-flowing powders and granules in hoppers, bins, and chutes. These magnetic grids are designed for easy installation and can be placed directly into material flow lines.
Available in two magnetic strengths:
• Ferrite Type – Up to 2000 Gauss
• Neodymium (Rare Earth) Type – Up to 9500–10000 Gauss
Each unit features multiple magnetic rods arranged in a grid pattern to maximize contact with the material. Made with durable stainless steel and customizable in size, Grid Type Magnets are a simple yet effective solution for product purity and equipment protection.
